Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire an onsitefull-time Manager of our Eligibility Department to lead, manage, and coach the Eligibility staff to meet the needs of the business by properly maintaining eligibility records to ensure correct processing of claims and accurate issuance of group invoices.  Do you have the desire to work with a company that values and respects you? The Manager of Eligibility position earns a competitive salary, $65,000 – $79,000, depending on experience.   • As a Manager of Eligibility, you will manage and monitor work flows to assure the accurate and timely completion of projects, provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff, make decisions regarding employment, performance appraisals, and salary recommendations.
  • You will meet with group representatives and brokers to set up new programs or service existing groups, such as large groups and association groups.
  • You will work with groups, brokers, subscribers and interdepartmental peers concerning eligibility and/or COBRA matters.
  • You will manage the implementation of paper and electronic eligibility enrollment from Delta groups into the claims processing system.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least three years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience.
  • Knowledgeable with 834 transactions and enrollment file processes
  • Experience working with TPAs, Groups, and Brokers
  • Must have working knowledge of NH Continuation of Coverage, COBRA and domestic partner laws as they relate to the Eligibility Department and underwriting guidelines.
  • Must have a well-rounded knowledge of Eligibility functions
