About us
The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, an established nonprofit located in Concord, N.H., is seeking an experienced Loan Closing Administrator to support our goal of using investments and donations to help create a more-inclusive economy for all our N.H. neighbors.
We are nationally recognized as an innovative organization in the field of Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) and have a rich history of providing financing and support that people with low and moderate incomes need to become financially independent and have access to affordable housing, quality jobs, childcare and vital community services.
About the opportunity
The person in this position is responsible for processing closing files for the Single-Family Housing Program. This role will work closely with the Single-Family Housing Team to ensure timely and regulatory compliant mortgage loan closings. If you are a problem-solver, can multi- task, and are a customer-service leader, this job is for you! It is a chance to learn or use your mortgage-loan-processing skills while making a difference in your community.
The successful candidate will have a passion for our mission, and an enthusiasm for bettering N.H.’s communities. Experience in the banking or mortgage industry is required, particularly in loan processing or closing. You need to be proficient in data entry with skills in Microsoft’s Office Suite. Familiarity with loan-origination software is required along with an ability and drive to learn. Also needed are strong communication skills, good humor, and the ability to work remotely and be a flexible team player. Bi-lingual fluency is a plus.
