Voluntary Services Program Supervisor - Dover, NH (Sign-On Bonus Included)
Waypoint's Dover NH CBVS program is looking to hire a supervisor who will promote a supportive, and nurturing work environment that is conducive to the agency's culture.
If you are a strong leader and have a passion for creating change and becoming a part of an impactful mission-driven team to help families in our community, this role is for you!
The CVBS Program Supervisor will lead a regional team of Family Support Workers and Family Engagement Coordinators in daily oversight and supervision by modeling a Solution-Based Casework approach through the establishment of goals, supportive supervision, and celebration of successes. Keeping track of performance metrics. Must possess the ability to offer process improvements. Coach, train, develop and audit your team for proper documentation compliance, and file management while encouraging the highest quality of services to families. In this supervisor role, you will be working in collaboration with referent partners. A part of a larger Waypoint Family Preservation Department alongside passionate colleagues doing similar work.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required in Human Services or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience necessary.
