Operations Director

Director of Operations manages the organization’s program operations. Top priorities include building and maintaining a pipeline for resident recruitment, managing staff retention, acting as back up to Finance Director, and implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels and building a respectful and trusting culture, and engaged workplace.

  • Minimum of 5 years operations management experience in non-profit setting
  • Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance expereince in HIPPA environment
  • Minimum of 5 years staff management
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Team oriented
  • Develop, and maintain community partnerships with stakeholders including other treatment agencies, drug courts, county and state correctional partners, physical and mental health agencies, integrated health networks of NH, The Doorway, Case Managers, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Services (BDAS), and State Opioid Response (SOR) in order to build a strong pipeline of prospective residents.
  • Create and implement effective marketing toolkit for recruiting residents.
  • Monitor admission and discharge dates to maximize resident occupancy.
  • Oversees clinical staff of 6-8, including MLDAC (Master Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor)
  • Ensures compliance with 42CFR Part 2; develops clinical and resident policies; reviews and updates policies and procedures regularly and recommends changes as needed.
  • Assures compliance with State of NH laws, regulations and requirements and manages related contracts and licensure responsibilities; serves as organization’s primary liaison with State agencies and related responsibilities. Coordinates quarterly staff training to meet requirements of licensure and governmental contracts.
  • Manages all annual inspections, program audits, and follow up communications.
