Catholic Charities New Hampshire, Proud Recipient of Business NH Magazine’s 2020 Nonprofit of the Decade, is looking for a full-time Director of Development Operations to join our team. The Director of Development Operations works collaboratively with the VP of Philanthropy and is responsible for managing all aspects of the annual giving campaign. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating all activities related to the annual appeals, as well as ensuring resources are in place for efficient development operations.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills, relationship building skills, be organized and persistent, have prior management experience, and a demonstrated ability to work with and motivate others.
