In Partnership with the Director of Substance Use Services, the Program Manager for the Willows Substance Use Treatment Center will plan and supervise all clinical and support staff, manage and provide direct clinical individual and group services, prepare and review case histories, arrange staff in-service training to increase skills for integrated therapeutic and case management of both substance use and mental health treatment. The Program Manager will work to achieve unified and common mission driven goals, conduct quality assurance and utilization review and develop and oversee treatment curriculum.
