Family Resource Coordinator - Lebanon, NH (Part-Time - up to 29 hours) Flexible Schedule
Do you have a Bachelor's degree in social work and have experience with home visiting and parent education? Waypoint's Early Childhood and Family Support Program is expanding and seeking a new Part-Time Family Resource Coordinator in Lebanon, NH! Working alongside the Family Resource Manager, the Family Resource Coordinator will help kinship families access services through multiple local agencies and community supports. The family resource coordinator provides relative caregivers with information and referrals regarding available resources and services specific to their family's needs and assists them in obtaining those resources as a social delivery program. In this important role, you will also provide relative caregivers with information and resources required for them to complete state and other benefits applications.
The perfect candidate will have attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude. This individual will have the ability to create and maintain positive relationships and must feel comfortable educating and supporting clients through researching and providing resources to meet their needs. The coordinator must have a sense of urgency to field all requests and complete paperwork with accuracy and in a timely manner.
