We have an immediate need for a Web Project Manager in Manchester, NH!

The successful candidate will oversee the range of Easterseals NH and VT web properties to ensure a high level of function, ease of information retrieval by visitors and a compelling platform from which to tell organizational stories. In this role, you will also develop tracking mechanisms to demonstrate successful growth in appropriate web metrics, and become a trusted partner to program staff. Additional responsibilities are listed below.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ownership: Responsibility for the success of web/digital projects from end-to-end, including partnering with peers and engaging subject matter experts from program staff.
  • Project Management: Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the organization's digital presence in partnership with local colleagues and national marketing and communications team to increase public awareness of Easterseals NH and enhance the community’s understanding of our mission, programs and successes.
  • Strategy: Work with MarCom colleagues to implement the department’s strategic plan as it pertains to digital innovation and feature development.
  • Content Scheduling: Work with MarCom team and others in the organization to develop web content review schedule and process (ensuring reviews and updates are conducted on a schedule; not responsible for creating content).
  • Issue Tracking: Continuously identify, track, and manage action items, issues, and risks. In partnership with National HQ colleagues (when necessary), respond to and troubleshoot website issues, provide ideas for risk mitigation and on-going improvement of the site and its features.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improvement by gathering input from both internal and external stakeholders, suggesting fixes and improvements and demonstrating the value of those suggestions. Proactively offer ideas and suggestions to improve UX, extend users’ time on site and presentation of information to grow audience size and improve web metrics.
  • Learning: Demonstrate creative thinking capabilities and an interest in learning and adopting new technology and tactics. 

Hours: This is a full time, salaried position Monday – Friday

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, communications or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience managing design, development, quality assurance, and production phases of websites for mid-size to large organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in WordPress CMS, Blackbaud Luminate (preferred, other CMS experience accepted), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
  • Superior knowledge of W3C Web standards, HTML, CSS, UX, donation/pay portals and site security.
  • Confidence necessary to lead an agency-wide web overhaul, including partnering with external vendors on needs assessment, UX, technology back-end, migration, testing and deployment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level attention to detail, well organized and proactive, strong follow-through and project management skills, excellent professional judgment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to establish success metrics and track outcomes against them.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
