HR Information System Associate (20-25 hours/week, Remote)

Catholic Charities New Hampshire is looking for an HR Information System Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position is part time (20-25 hours/week) and will work remotely. The schedule will be 4-5 hours per day with some flexibility on specific schedule. At Catholic Charities, we strive to provide person-centered services to strengthen New Hampshire families and build independence. We respond to those in need by offering programs that heal, comfort and empower.
The HRIS Associate will act as the first point of contact for all staff of Catholic Charities New Hampshire (CCNH) staff seeking technical assistance for general HRIS technology issues and inquiries. As a member of the Human Resources Department, the HRIS Associate is responsible for providing technical support via phone and in person, and maintaining the smooth operation of CCNH Human Resources technology functions.
20-25 hours/week, Remote
· A high School Diploma or GED and 3-5 years of customer service or office administration experience
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer systems - Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
· Previous HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)
· Previous HR experience, helpful but not required
· Analytical skills required; must possess ability to provide professional courteous service in all interactions with staff and vendor representatives and a strong desire to learn
· Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the VP of HR and the Director of HR to meet department goals and objectives
· Assist the Director of HR with the development of new HRIS processes, integration of new modules and diagnostic tests as needed
· Prepare training materials, guides, and documentation and provide user training and hands-on support, as needed
· Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
· Prepare reports and present findings to the HR leadership team and other company leaders
· Troubleshoot any system issues and work with Director of HR to rectify
· Assist with data entry and electronic personnel file maintenance, as required
