Program Manager of Provider of Last Resort

The Moore Center is seeking a Program Manager of Provider of Last Resort to provide oversight and management of the agency’s Provider of Last Resort (PLR) program as well as oversight of the PLR home(s).  Will supervise and support staff while providing administrative oversight for continual client turnover and staffing requirements to ensure compliance with certification. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent experience serving ID population
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience preferred (including hiring, training, and supervising staff)
  • Ability to be trained in De-escalation Strategies
  • Participate in hiring, training and supervising all program staff
  • Build, coordinate and lead a strong staff team that is well trained and flexible to address varied client need
  • Collaborate with The Moore Center directors, behaviorists, clinicians, RNs, RFP coordinator and case management
  • Establish strong working relationships with identified vendors to ensure smooth transition into other services from the PLR home
  • Assess and match staff with clients that result in high quality of service delivery
  • Coordinate staff scheduling for program coverage and training
  • Ensure that program operations, budgetary needs, billing units, documentation, and program activities are in compliance with state, federal and Agency regulations and policies and related certification requirements
