We’re seeking a Manager of Moore Options for Seniors program.  Our Kinship Care program is dedicated to providing superior elder care to NH seniors to help them live independently with the best quality of life.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 2 - 3 years of human service, administrative, supervisory and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in various software applications including Word, Excel, Access to promote efficient communication and accurate record keeping
  • Manage operations of Kinship Care program, including billing and compliance with regulations
  • Oversee intake and compliance of all Kinship providers including annual trainings
  • Ensure Kinship providers are meeting the needs of clients
  • Provide hiring, termination, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and training of staff
  • Compile data and maintain up-to-date files for clients in the Kinship program; ensure efficient processes
  • Collaborate with Business Office and external customers to ensure timeliness and accuracy of authorizations for billing
