Catholic Charities New Hampshire is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Healthcare Recruiter will Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified healthcare professionals for Catholic Charities New Hampshire Healthcare Services.

· Minimum of 1 year of Full-cycle Healthcare staffing (preferably in long term care) experience required

· Associate’s degree in Human Resources / related field or 1-3 years of progressively responsible human resource experience; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position 

· Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems

· Demonstrated recruiting and interviewing skills

· Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills

· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies.

· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

· SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) current certification desirable

· Clinical background a plus

· Demonstrated interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

· Excellent organization and time management skills, ability to effectively manage competing priorities

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


· Source candidates from job boards, niche sites, social networking and internet Boolean searches

· Network with local candidates, associations and educational/training resources

· Seek out and contact potential applicants via cold calling

· Research new sources for talent while cultivating relationships with industry professionals

· Prescreen, review and verify candidate’s work experience, education, and licensure information as provided on initial job application

· Submit NHCC Registry requests

· Conduct telephone interviews to evaluate baseline skills, experience and other professional qualifications of candidates

· Recommend qualified candidates to CCNH’s Long-Term Care/Assisted Living HR Managers in order to fill openings and requests

· Collaborate with facility HR Managers, Administrators and other key internal personnel and departments regarding staffing needs, recruiting volumes and results

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and CCNH policies and procedures

· While this position reports directly to the Human Resources Department, there is a strong dotted line to the AVP of Healthcare Services
