Growing agency is seeking a friendly, flexible, and fun person to join our collaborative People Operations "Pops" team. Effectively engaging in all traditional aspects of the Human Resources function and working to improve the employee experience through resource development, consistent communication, and support. If you are comfortable with change, enjoy learning, and can handle multiple priorities--consider joining our team. You'd be involved in the day to day activities that include:

  • Updating and maintaining HRIS system (ADP) as well as developing new technologies
  • Regular and consistent communication, including maintaining intranet
  • Benefits administration
  • Assisting with developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Enhancing the employee experience

This is a full-time position, eligible for benefits.

Prior experience in an HR department required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills are necessary. Previous experience utilizing HRIS (ADP) and Sharepoint is a plus.
