Founded in 1963, Riverbend Community Mental Health is a private, nonprofit organization providing specialized behavioral health services in central New Hampshire. Core services include 24/7 emergency mobile crisis services; counseling services for children, adults, and families; addiction treatment; and community support, vocational services, and residential programs for adults and seniors. Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Child & Family Therapist to work closely with clients in our Children’s Program in Franklin. The Child & Family Therapist provides office, home and school-based therapy services to children and their families.  **This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

As a Riverbend Clinician, you will have the opportunity to engage with children of all ages and their families. We have a diverse clientele which will give you great opportunities to stretch your clinical expertise using a number of evidence-based models. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of professionals engaged in similar work and benefit from significant collegial support.

About Franklin New Hampshire

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Eligibility for NH license as LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT is required; Active license is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance or access to a reasonable alternative is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide child, parent, and family therapy
  • Provide office, home and/or school-based support
  • Provide case management and interagency coordination
  • Assist with crisis management
