Clinical Manager - CHOICES

Clinical Manager - CHOICES ($3,000 sign-on bonus!)

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to work in our CHOICES Substance Use Disorder Program. The Choices Clinical Manager provides leadership to the Choices team including the provision of clinical care, staff supervision, fiscal accountability, risk management, and participation in short and long-range planning of services to meet the needs of the community. The Choices Clinical Manager is also expected to conduct comprehensive assessments, bio-psycho-social intakes, groups and psychotherapy to a small caseload of clients to supplement the clinical needs of the program.  *This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active NH License as LCMHC, LICSW, or Psychologist is required. 
  • Active NH License as LADC or MLADC preferred.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the NH community mental health system is preferred.
  • Experience in the medical system is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills are required.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance or access to a reasonable alternative is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative and clinician supervision a team of clinicians.
  • Conducts program development and management.
  • Engages with the community around Choices programming and services.
  • Supports the management of grants and various funding opportunities that occur
  • Coordinates with outside agencies and other treatment providers including local primary care offices.
  • Provides regular psychotherapy and intake assessments for a small caseload of clients.
