Development Coordinator – Manchester, NH (Full Time) 

Waypoint's Development Team is sourcing for a point person to work directly with the Development Director, assisting in managing all aspects of the Annual Fund including creating and implementing donor appeals; managing segmented strategies; coordinating mailing logistics, and assisting with specialized donor stewardship and cultivation campaigns. The perfect candidate will manage a donor communications calendar that includes multiple monthly deadlines. The Development Coordinator will also assist with other fundraising and cultivation/stewardship efforts such as special events and special projects. Attention to detail will be a critical aspect of the job since this role is responsible for the accuracy of the donor database management system including data entry, reports, and analysis. This critical position will also assist with Town funding applications. This is a Full-Time position, eligible for a full benefits package including paid time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years related experience in non-profit development or marketing experience, preferably in annual campaigns. Experience with donor database management will be extremely helpful.
