We are looking for a Resource Specialist to join our team right now! Come find your purpose while you make valuable, rewarding impacts in the lives of the individuals we serve.

The person in this key role will provide resources to shared living programs through the recruitment of independent contractors, conduct recruitment activities including the development of advertisements, presentations, and social media resulting in candidates to provide respite and shared living services. Other responsibilities include interviewing and screening candidates according to established Agency policies, gathering all necessary documentation and ensuring contract packets are complete and meet certification and agency requirement and maintaining a respite and provider list that includes specific information to make appropriate assignments. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Services, or related field along with experience in recruitment, management experience preferred.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required.

Compensation: $35-45k annually
