With an operating budget of over $90M, it is one of the largest independent state-wide Easterseals in the country.  As a leader in social services for individuals with disabilities and special needs, Easterseals NH employs more than 1,850 individuals who serve more than 25,000 children, adults and seniors every year.  As a multi-state organization, ESNH has 13 core programs and includes subsidiaries Easterseals Vermont, Easterseals Maine, and the Farnum Center.  In 2018, ESNH served more than 28,000 children, adults, seniors and veterans in communities throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.


We are looking for a Program Coordinator to help implement a new All Youth Count initiative designed to support youth exiting foster care. Come find your purpose and make a valuable and rewarding impact in the lives of others.
 

The person in this key role will assist youth to access the opportunities, resources, and relationships they need to actualize their potential, and achieve their goals.  Be the center of this exciting new program by facilitating adult/peer mentorship, fostering public/private sector partnership, and providing youth with individualized support related to housing, finance, employment, transportation, education, and social health/wellness.  This role will provide coverage for the Manchester, Concord and Portsmouth areas.
 

Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8 years related experience) in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services and the ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team and work a flexible schedule. Knowledge of NH DCYF services as well as knowledge of various support services available to adults 18+ preferred. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance are also required.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary: $40k annually + experience
