Direct Care Counselor

NFI North is seeking Direct Care Counselors for our Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH.  This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participatns get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team. 

We are looking for the following positions:

Day Treatment Program

2nd Shift Wedneday - Saturday and Sunday - Wednesday

Awake Overnight

Bachelor's degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.


Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior.
