Direct Support Professional - Residential Treatment Program

Community Partners is in the process of developing Residential Treatment Programs (RTPs). We are seeking to fill positions for locations in Dover and Durham, NH. We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in a residential environment proving services and support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and co-occurring Mental Illness. We are looking for staff with experience working with people who may have symptoms of mental illness, behavioral challenges, safety concerns, and possible health issues in addition to their intellectual disabilities.

In addition, we are looking for people who are interested in training and learning how to provide quality services to people in need of various models of care. Direct Support Professionals in either location will require mandatory individual and group supervision as well as individual and group trainings. CPI and/or MANDT training will be required.

All shifts are currently available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Weekend Shifts; and Per Diem hours. Employees must be willing to work a flexible schedule. it is required that you be available to work at least one shift on the weekends and at least one awake overnight shift per week. Opportunities to work overtime may be available.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of residential service experience is preferred.

As travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

All candidates must pass a background check which includes, but is not limited to, criminal and driving records.
