Healthy Families America Program-Program Supervisor/Family Resource Specialist, Concord, NH.  

Waypoint’s HFA Program is growing.  As the new Program Supervisor/Family Resource Specialist you will support the activities of the Family Resources Center and the Healthy Families America program in Concord, NH.  HFA is a nationally recognized, evidence-based home visiting program for pregnant and parenting mothers/caregivers who have experienced or are at risk for adverse childhood experiences.  The HFA Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of the HFA program and providing reflective, clinical, and administrative supervision as well as guidance to HFA staff.  Additional responsibilities include increasing referrals and engaging families in services as well as completing intakes and engaging community partners. This position will be based out of our Concord, NH office.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or associated field with 5 years related experience working with families and children.  The ideal candidate will prior supervisory experience and a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior home visiting experience desired.
