IT Help Desk/Data Reporting Administrator

NFI North is seeking an IT Help Desk/Data Reporting Administrator in Contoocook, NH to help provide administrative support for data entry and reporting as part of our role as the NH Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Children's Behavioral Health's Care Management Entity (CME).

The role will perform all necessary tasks to ensure the receipt and input of data, reporting and IT support and complete requirements for the Care Management Entity (CME) and our FAST Forward service into our Electronic Health Record (EHR). They are repsonsible for all reporting and data output for contracts, outcome data and for all business matters as required as well as develop and share reports as indicated and requested.

Starting salary is $20 per hour or higher based on education, experience and credentials.

This person must possess an Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training; excellent administrative and technology skills including ability to organize and analyze data; work with our IT and EHR systems and provide backup for our help desk team, strong communication skills (written and verbal) required. Ability to work with and communicate to diverse workforce in all levels of the organization and possess technological skills in order to accurately maintain documentation including but not limited to HR systems (HRIS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) and timekeeping systems.


This person provides ongoing support to staff in their use of our EHR as well as IT systems and provides backup support to EHR and IT Coordinator as needed. This inlcudes import/export of data as well as direct inputting, working with our EHR Coordinator to fulfill contract requirements and provide back up support to the EHR Coordinator as needed and more.
