Granite State Independent Living is in need of a part-time (20 hours per week) Recruiter & Retention Coordinator who will be responsible to recruit within the geographic area of Littleton, NH. This will be achieved through the development of assigned territory recruiting plans for open positions and registry needs , interviewing and assisting consumers to interview candidates, completing new hire paperwork and assisting consumers to complete new hire paperwork, follow along strategies with the new hire applicants to include but not limited to conducting surveys and outreach to new hires, documenting efforts and assessing outcomes in collaboration with the Recruitment and Retention Manager.  This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week.

Qualifications/Transferable skills:
Must have at a minimum one year of recruitment/marketing/sales experience and a minimum of 3 years office experience necessary. Must possess at a minimum of a High School diploma, prefer college experience. Must be a strong communicator with a heart for caring and a sense of urgency to achieve optimal results. Ability and desire to work independently as well as part of a larger team to achieve department staffing goals. This is a fast-paced multi-tasking position that requires excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have demonstrated competency in strategic planning & organizing; have attention to detail; be proficient in Microsoft office suite and data management systems. Must be willing to drive to assigned areas to meet with consumer and/or applicants, for job fairs, advertising, etc., and be willing to provide proof of auto insurance. Will be required to attend bi-weekly meetings as required. Experience recruiting home care attendants is a plus.
