Supervisor/Family Resource Specialist, Healthy Families America

Supervisor/Family Resource Specialist, Healthy Families America Program, Concord, NH.  Waypoint’s HFA Program is growing.  As the new Supervisor/Family Resource Specialist you will support the activities of the Family Resources Center and the Healthy Families America program in Concord, NH.  The Supervisor will also be responsible for the oversight of the HFA program and providing reflective, clinical, and administrative supervision as well as guidance to HFA staff.  Additional responsibilities include increasing referrals and engaging families in services as well as completing intakes and engaging community partners.  This position will be based out of our Concord, NH office.  We offer a flexible work environment, ample paid time off and a comprehensive benefit package.  Generous training and professional development opportunities are also available. Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or associated field with 5 years related experience working with families and children.  The ideal candidate will prior supervisory experience and a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior home visiting experience desired. The chosen candidate will be required to submit to a criminal background & motor vehicle record check and have auto insurance which meet the agency standards.
