Clinician - ACT

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based mental health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Adult ACT Clinician to join our talented multi-disciplinary team in our Community Support Program working with adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.

As a Riverbend ACT Clinician your primary responsibilities will be working with clients to provide clinical consultation, case management, therapy services as well as substance misuse support. You will work with clients to coordinate treatment, assist clients in obtaining the services they need and facilitate communication with Riverbend’s treatment team as well as with outside agencies.  Coordination of services and ensuring the flow of communication between multiple providers is necessary. This is a great opportunity to work on the front lines of community-based mental health services, and help our clients achieve optimal recovery and independence.


•           Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.

•           Eligibility for NH License as LCMHC, LICSW or LMFT preferred.

•           LADC/MLADC licensure is preferred.

•           Experience working with adults in the mental health field is preferred.

•           Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance or access to a reasonable alternative is required.


•           Individual and group therapy both in the office and in the community

•           Case management and Functional support services

•           Crisis management

•           Clinical assessments and Intakes

•           Treatment planning

•           Clinical documentation in accordance with medical necessity guidelines and agency standards
