New Hampshire Housing seeks a full-time Senior Manager, Partner Relationships responsible for creating and managing relationships with our Participating Lenders, Participating Originators, Real Estate Professionals and local and state trade associations as well as Workforce Housing Coalitions. Responsibilities include the creation of  a documented business plan, as well as training our key partners. Strong partner relation skills will help enable the candidate to fulfill our mission increase our business, and contribute to cross-divisional teams that facilitate  successful and impactful homeownership programs.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mortgage lending and relationship management, including knowledge of mortgage programs, pricing, and secondary market, as well as compliance. A Master’s degree in a related field and at least five years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Expertise in real estate financing highly desired along with exceptional customer service and training skills whether in-person or remote.  Knowledge of customer-relations management system (CRM) a plus. Commitment to New Hampshire Housing’s housing mission is essential for this position.
