NH Electric Assistance Program Director

Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is a non-profit organizaiton dedicated to helping meet the needs of individuals, families and elderly statewide and in particular Merrimack and Belknap Counties. 


Electric Assistance Program Director – Position based in Concord. Mon-Fri, Full-time, 37.5 hours/week.

The ideal candidate will be creative, have a good sense of humor, have strong communication & interpersonal skills, be productive, and enjoy being part of a team that is helping our community.

This position oversees the planning and development of the Program in conjunction with the NH Public Utilities Commission, the participating Utilities, the NH Community Action Network, and the Electric Assistance Advisory Board.  Implements all contractual requirements of the Program with the participating utilities and the NH CAP Network. This position develops and maintains oversight of the statewide computer system and its associated Program media platforms.  Develops and implements and oversees all Program outreach and marketing activities with all parties. This positon represents the NH CAP Network on all relationships with the NH State Legislature and state governmental departments pertaining to the Program.  Maintains direct communication with all CAP Network administrative staff for the purpose of information sharing, program development, initiatives, outreach, caseload management and reporting.  This position ensures compliance with all NH Community Action Agencies Program, program policies and procedures through the use of desk and on site monitoring.  Provide technical assistance and training to agencies with identified deficiencies
