Spaulding Youth Center is a leading provider of educational, residential, therapeutic and foster care programs and services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning or developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and those who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect. Established in 1958, our spacious campus is located on nearly 500 acres in Northfield, NH and welcomes boys and girls from 5 to 21.

At Spaulding Youth Center, we have a team of talented, caring and well-trained staff providing around the clock service for 365 days a year. To meet the needs of all of our students, we employ over 250 full- and part-time employees. From our classroom teachers to our facilities staff, each member of our team is committed to improving the lives of the students we serve. We are seeking a vibrant leader to provide clinical guidance, supervision and support of our Behavioral Health team at Spaulding Youth Center.

Requirements:

Requirements for this role are a master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field that allows for clinical therapy with youth and family. Doctorate preferred. State of NH clinical certification or license eligible and/or BCBA or Doctoral Level Psychologist with demonstrated advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis. Relevant work experience and/or internship experience with similar population preferred.

There are personnel, clinical and administrative components to the position so applicants must be a flexible thinker, able to transfer clinical skills to a residential and school environment, and be a beacon of guidance for our teams.

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Supervisor will work in tandem with the Clinical Director to provide an environment that is specialized and dynamic. We are looking for someone who can lead in a way that is inclusive and creative and work with a variety of departments, both in-house and with stakeholders across the state.
