Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties

Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is a non-profit organizaiton dedicated to helping meet the needs of individuals, families and elderly statewide and in particular Merrimack and Belknap Counties. 

Administrative Assistant – Franklin Area Center entry level, part-time 10-20 hours a week dependent on the season for the Franklin Area Center.  Responsible for answering the phone, information and referral to appropriate agency and outside resources to meet needs, set up appointments for programs processed in the Area Center and send letters.  Review for accuracy and completeness all paperwork and documentation submitted for applications, assist with food pantry donations and distributions, assist with reports and spreadsheets needed for Area Center activity.  Strong communication/customer service skills, computer knowledge of Windows based software and ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision. High school graduate.  Own reliable transportation with personal insurance coverage of $100,000-$300,000 is required.  Send resume to Beth Heyward or Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., P.O.
