Quality Assurance Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for an administrative person to assist our Quality Assurance and Improvement Team with coordinating projects and tasks.  The best candidate will have experience working in the Developmental Disability Service Delivery System and will therefore have a basic understand of the data tracking that is required to maintain compliance with the rules.  The position is very data entry focused.  Accuracy of data entry is very important.  We are looking for someone who can multi-task in a fast paced environment, is good with time management and can work well with people at all levels of our organization and that of our community partners.  Intermediate Excel and Word skills are preferred.  

Requirements:
  • Four years experience in administrative or clerical position; experience with human service agencies preferred. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and other databases.
