Housing Maintenance Technician

Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties

Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is a non-profit organizaiton dedicated to helping meet the needs of individuals, families and elderly statewide and in particular Merrimack and Belknap Counties. 


Full–time position (37.5 hours per week). This position is a great opportunity for an experienced, independent maintenance person.  Competitive benefits including generous Paid-Time-Off, medical and dental benefits, short term disability, and 403B plan with up to 5% agency match after one year.  High school education or the equivalent required. Post-secondary education in building trades preferred. Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is an E.O.E.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating vendors, obtaining quotes, unit turnover (scheduling contractor and performing tasks needed for turnover), ensure properties are clean, light maintenance (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Grounds and Janitorial), with on-call responsibilities and other duties as needed. Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
