The Family-Directed Services Program is growing, and we’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team!

If you’re a Human Services professional who is skilled at evaluating the need for services, prioritizing the level of services needed, and documenting outcomes, we’d like to hear from you.  

Additional responsibilities include accurate documentation, understanding of the financial connection between services and budgets, and evaluating the appropriateness of proposed services in meeting the essential needs of the participants in the Family-Directed Services (FDS) Program. Evaluate, communicate and oversee staffing needs and development for direct support staff, professionals and personal care specialists in He-M 521 and He-M 525 programs ensuring quality services, high performance and continuous program improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred, or a combination of related post-secondary education plus a minimum of two years’ related work experience (consideration may be given for four years of comparable experience working with people with disabilities, or behavioral health or clinical experience in lieu of degree)
  • ​Previous experience developing community relations and community resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours
  • $100,000/300,000 Automobile Liability Insurance
