The Moore Center has an exciting opening for a Customized Employment Manager to provide administrative and technical supervision and support to all Community-Based Services programs, including employment services for both supported and naturally supported job sites. This position works closely with clients, families, employers and the local community in order to best meet the needs of the clients. Also prepares for certifications, attends quarterly and annual service agreements, and supports job sites to ensure all needs and expectations are being met.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Services or related field preferred
  • Minimum of  3 years of management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with people with disabilities and/or behavioral health issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours
  • Hire, mentor, train, supervise and support Employment Specialists and Job Coaches of the Customized Employment Program
  • Assist in recruitment/hiring and training of staff for the Customized Employment Program
  • Ensure accurate billing of employment contracts
  • Communicate with, educate and support employers who work with individuals of The Moore Center
  • Work with programs and teams to develop innovative and individualized service options for clients
  • Meet with employers/families/teams as needed
