Direct Support Professionals – Residential Treatment Program

Community Partners, Strafford County’s premier behavioral health & developmental services provider, links people to the long-term supports and services they need to a live a full life in this community.

Community Partners is in the process of developing Residential Treatment Programs (RTPs). We will begin with our Bunker Lane Home in Durham, NH. We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in a residential environment proving services and support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and co-occurring Mental Illness. We are looking for staff with experience working with people who may have symptoms of mental illness, behavioral challenges, safety concerns, and possible health issues in addition to their intellectual disabilities.

In addition, we are looking for people who are interested in training and learning how to provide quality services to people in need of various models of care. The Bunker Lane Team will require mandatory individual and group supervision as well as individual and group trainings. CPI and/or MANDT training will be required.

All shifts are currently available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Weekend Shifts; and Per Diem hours

At 40-hours/week, these DSP positions offer a starting wage of $14-$16/hour, dependent upon experience ($17-$18/hour for Lead Staff, dependent upon experience) as well as a generous benefits package including paid time off, health and dental insurance, retirement planning and opportunities for growth within the agency.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of residential service experience is preferred.

As travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

All candidates must pass a background check which includes, but is not limited to, criminal and driving records.
