Lakes Region Community Services is seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Coordinator and Recruiter to effectively recruit, screen, and hire qualified employees that meet the staffing needs of all programs within the agency.


A minimum of an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and 1-3 years of employee recruitment experience required. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.


Must be familiar and in compliance with labor laws that pertain to recruiting. Applicants will have a high degree of professionalism and a positive, cooperative demeanor while interacting with employees, applicants, and third parties.  This position will also facilitate the agency’s volunteer program and perform various human resource functions for the department.
