Clinician - Adults

Riverbend Community Mental Health

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based mental health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our talented multi-disciplinary team in our Franklin office working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness.

As a Riverbend Clinician, your primary responsibilities will be working with clients to coordinate treatment, assisting them in obtaining the services they need, and facilitating communication with the treatment team at Riverbend, outside agencies, and providers. This is a great opportunity to work on the front lines of community-based mental health services, and help our clients achieve optimal recovery and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary team including case management, nursing, and psychiatry
  • Provide individual and group therapy to adults and coordinate treatment with both providers and facilities outside of Riverbend
  • Provide Clinical Assessment for Adult Eligibility for CSP Services
  • Completion of clinical documentation in a concise and timely fashion

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
  • Eligibility for NH License as LICSW, LCMHC, or Psychologist is required; Active license preferred.
  • Experience working with adults in the mental health field is required.
  • Knowledge of – or willingness to learn and practice – the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Model is preferred.
