Spaulding Youth Center, located on a spacious campus in Northfield, NH, is a nonprofit dedicated to improving and enriching the lives of emotionally and/or intellectually challenged children, youth and their families. Spaulding Youth Center is a leading provider of services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning and/or developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and those who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect. Services include academic, behavioral health, residential, foster care, health and wellness and family support.

Prior experience with developmentally and/or emotionally disabled individuals desirable for the Residential Assistant – Awake Overnight role. Applicants must be 21 years of age; high school diploma or GED required.


Spaulding seeks self-motivated, flexible individuals to join our residential team as Residential Assistants~ for both Day & Awake Overnight shifts to work with behaviorally challenged youth ages 5-21 years old with neurological impairments including autism, intellectual disabilities and emotional disorders.

Applicants for the Residential Assistant ~ Day & Awake Overnight position must be reliable, have a high level of personal integrity and be able to learn to consistently follow through with treatment strategies and acquire CPR/First Aid and other certifications.
