School-Based Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinician
Come join our dynamic team of Masters Level Clinicians working in the schools with at-risk middle and high school students. Our program is committed to providing mentoring and support along with clinical care to students to ensure they succeed and thrive. As part of the Adolescent Preventative Services Program team at Manchester Community Health Center (MCHC), the School-Based Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinician provides supportive services, brief counseling, and mentorship to at-risk youth in the middle and high schools in the Manchester School District.

1.Master’s Degree in Social Work or similar and a valid New Hampshire License in Social Work or similar preferred.
2.Ability to work effectively with adolescents, families, and professionals from a wide range of cultural, social and economic backgrounds.
3.Three to five years of experience working with an adolescent population preferred.
4.Ability to provide crisis management, conflict resolution and behavior modification skills.
