Youth Transitional Services is Hiring!

 Located throughout Western NH, Southern NH, Central NH, and the Seacoast, Youth Transitional Services provides individualized, community based programing and in-school supports for students. Programming is structured around each student's IEP goals with a focus on employment, continuing education, adult daily living skills, and social health and wellness.

Opportunity for Merit increases based on performance ($.50 after 3 months, $1.00 after 6 months)

This position requires a commitment to providing high quality services to students with disabilities in community and school settings. As a Youth Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 support to youth with developmental, intellectual, and/or emotional disabilities, as well as at-risk youth
  • Provide coaching on adult daily living skills, employment skills, continuing education and social health and wellness
  • Complete daily and monthly documentation

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, and two years of work experience (BA / AS preferred), be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation (Youth Support Specialists transport students to community based activities).
