Reputation Matters

a free communications class at the Loeb School

Presented by: Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications

More than ever, reputation is the currency of the realm. But how is reputation created?

Reputation is not claimed--it is bestowed by the people and organizations that rely on it to meet their needs or to make them successful. It is earned over time through consistency in actions, quality in products, services and solutions that unite to consistently earn the trust of stakeholders. This class will provide an overview and framework of the factors that lead to an organization, and its people, being viewed as excelling in reputation. The instructor, Clark Dumont, M.S., APR, is a communications leader in FORTUNE 500 companies spanning the Health Care, Aerospace & Defense and Hospitality & Entertainment sectors.

Date/Time: Thursday, February 17, 2022 - 3:00pm to 4:30pm
