Don St. Germain Named Chairman of Board of Directors for Manchester Development Corporation

At its annual meeting on March 9, Manchester Development Corporation (MDC) named Don St. Germain Chairman of the Board of Directors. St. Germain, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at St. Mary’s Bank, joined the MDC Board in 2015.

Families in Transition founder named ‘citizen of the year’

Maureen Beauregard, president and founder of Families in Transition-New Horizons, is this year's citizen of the year. The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce will honor her at its annual dinner April 19 at the Manchester Downtown Hotel.

Russ Wiles Receives Spaulding Youth Center’s Spaulding Spirit Award
