Interlakes Community Caregivers

Services are provided at no charge by volunteers and include rides to medical or personal appointments, grocery shopping, running errands, friendly visits and more.  Formed in 1998, ICCI has helped thousands of people in the towns of Meredith, Moultonborough, Sandwich and Center Harbor to live independently and remain in their own homes.  In 2015, 80 volunteers provided over 2,200 services, donated nearly 5,000 hours, and drove over 48,000 miles helping our neighbors.

The only requirement to receive these services is that you live in one of these four towns, with no restrictions to age or income; however 70 percent of those served are 70 or older and female.  ICCI receives no federal or state agency funding and relies on charitable giving to support its program, through donations from individuals, civic groups, churches and businesses, fundraising events, and grants.

Interlakes Community Caregivers is run by a small staff of one full-time Executive Director and one part-time Lead Coordinator and a volunteer Board of Directors.
