The NH Center for Nonprofits is excited to announce the return of our signature event, the Nonprofit Leadership Summit, happening Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. This annual gathering brings together 250+ nonprofit changemakers—from board and staff leaders to corporate and philanthropic partners—to explore the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping our sector.

Keynote: Truth-Telling, Light-Sharing + the New Narrative of Nonprofit Leadership
We’re thrilled to welcome Becky Endicott, co-founder and Chief Storyteller of We Are For Good, as our 2025 keynote speaker. Becky brings authenticity, energy, and a whole lot of heart to every room she enters—and her message could not be more timely.
In a session designed for nonprofit leaders who are carrying a lot (because who isn’t these days?), Becky will help us pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper purpose behind our work. She’ll help us to reclaim our stories, challenge outdated narratives, and lead with courage and clarity.

About the Speaker
Becky Endicott is a mom, nonprofit veteran, and co-founder of We Are For Good, a global movement uplifting social impact professionals through authentic storytelling and accessible education. With 20+ years in fundraising, marketing, and mission-driven leadership, Becky believes in the power of generosity and radical connection to change systems—and people—for the better.
She’s also the kind of speaker who makes you laugh, reflect, and maybe even tear up a little (in the best way). Her passion is contagious, and her message is made for this moment.
