Job Description:

The wellness nurse provides comprehensive psychiatric nursing services to clients with severe and persistent mental illness both at 1555 Elm St. and our three 24/7, community-based adult residences (all located close by in downtown Manchester). 

 

Key Responsibilities:

These services consist of assessment and education regarding medications, administration of injectable medications, and administration of AIMS exams. Coordination of services with case managers and prescribers as needed. Basic fundamental computer experience in processing e-mail and client records

Requirements

Qualifications: A New Hampshire RN license is required, as well as certification as a psychiatric and mental health nurse from the ANCC when eligible.

  

Experience: Must have at least one year of work experience in the field of psychiatric/mental health services.
