About the Job
The Cooperative Development Institute (CDI), the Northeast’s Center for cooperative business education, training, and technical assistance, is seeking a People and Culture Manager.
CDI is seeking a People and Culture Manager to guide and manage the overall provision of HR services and policies, including the development and implementation of DEIJ (diversity, equity, inclusion, justice) policies for our organization. We are looking for someone with strong administrative and people skills!
The People and Culture (Human Resources) Manager guides and manages the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs for our organization. They implement policies and procedures to hire, onboard, train, support, coach and retain our employees, and develop and communicate policies that serve the interests of employees and the organization.

This is a fully remote position, but we are only accepting applications from candidates located in CDI’s service area of New England and New York state who have experience working in the region.
