** This role is onsite at our beautiful Manchester office ** 

Do you have exceptional customer service skills?   Are you detail orientated and organized?  Would you like to join a great team of Human Resources professionals?

Come join our team!   We have an opportunity for an Onboarding Representative to assist new hires as they begin their career with Easterseals. This position guides our new hires through the onboarding process from offer letter to orientation and is responsible for the following duties:   

  • Providing assistance and supporting the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Hiring Managers in the processing of candidates for hire
  • Ensuring compliance with state, federal and Agency policies and procedures during the onboarding process
  • Coordinate with new hires to complete new hire paperwork and processes including (but not limited to) background and reference checks
  • Scheduling and confirming new hire for attendance at Agency orientation
  • Creating personnel files and reporting the status of candidates to HRBPs, hiring managers and others as appropriate

 

Qualifications:  

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred  
  • Three – five years Human Resources and/or recruiting experience  
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems and online screening portals
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

 

Hours: This is a full-time (40 hours a week) position 

Compensation: $21.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
