The Upper Room, A Family Resource Center located in Derry, NH is a 501C(3) non-profit organization, committed to creating educational programs and services to strengthen individuals, families and the community.   Founded in 1986, our organization has provided support, services, education and resources to all who inquire.  Our center is a warm and welcoming place, striving to foster a sense of belonging, connection and purpose, while providing information and guidance to strengthen children and families, and build a stronger community.

Our mission: ”Strengthening individuals and families by providing them with education,services and resources needed to live healthy, self sufficient lives”.

It is our vision that we work to create a strong, vibrant and self sustaining community where conflict and hunger, homelessness and poverty, and ignorance and intolerance no longer exist.  We look to a day where all families thrive and children have within their reach the tools to succeed.  We will work to achieve our vision by living our mission and honoring our values each day.
