The Kearsarge Food Hub (KFH), located in central New Hampshire in what is known as the Kearsarge Region, is a nonprofit that envisions a resilient and connected community where everyone is empowered to access healthy food, where local farmers are supported and the land is nourished, and where all people share a common sense of place.

Our mission is to reinvigorate our community within a restorative local food system by cultivating food sovereignty, growing engaged learners, and nurturing community.

We believe that by effecting change in our food system, we have the power to enliven our shared humanity and meet the most pressing challenges of our time — from hunger to environmental devastation to loneliness. 

To meaningfully address these issues, we operate multiple integrated programs including Sweet Beet Farm, Market & Café, alongside our Education, Food Security, and Community Building programs. 

KFH is entering a new chapter, and we're looking for a visionary leader to walk with us into a future rooted in resilience, collaboration, and joy. We're seeking an Executive Director who is strategic in mind, grounded in values, and leads with the heart. Someone who can honor and carry forward the spirit of our first ten years, while guiding us into the next decade.

This role is about more than leadership—it's about stewardship. The Kearsarge Food Hub is built on a strong foundation of collaboration. We are supported by a dedicated team of staff, board members, volunteers, and incredible partners, as well as a deeply invested local community. Our next Executive Director will nurture this foundation and help us grow with intention for meaningful and lasting impact.
