About the Job

Description

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children and families?

Riverbend is a compassionate and dynamic mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality services to the community. Our teams include people who are focused, hard-working, creative people doing challenging, rewarding work!  We recognize the true talents that each person brings to the team and work to help each person develop skills and knowledge to expand their career.

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic clinicians to join our growing team. As an Admissions therapist, you will work closely with children, adolescents, and families of all kinds who are looking to seek services with Riverbend. You'll work with the family to identify needs, and work within the children's program to connect kids and families with other providers.  You may also carry a small caseload of clients yourself, though the primary role is more admissions focused and will involve initial visit(s) only.  Our teams work to empower kids and families, and strengthen their family bonds with evidence-based, trauma-informed assessment, treatment planning and intervention services.

Riverbend is looking for providers who:

  • Are interested in doing admissions work including diagnosis and triage.
  • Are looking to provide 5-10 clinical hours of child, parent, and family therapy per week.
  • Provide office-based services primarily.
  • Are willing to provide some case management and assist with inter-agency coordination, as needed.
  • Assist with crisis management, as needed, during working hours.
  • Have a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Are eligible to be licensed as a LCMHC, LMFT, LICSW or Psychologist in NH.  An active license would be amazing!
  • Have a passion for working with individuals and families who experience diverse challenges.
  • Are life-long learners.  We all learn things every day and are looking for staff who will collaborate with us, learn from each other, and bring their expertise to the table to teach and empower others.

What Riverbend offers to you:

  • An opportunity to work with a diverse group of kids and families and do what you love to do based out of our Concord, NH office. Remote work may be available on a limited basis as our goal is to meet our clients clinical needs.
  • Dedicated staff to assist with billing, credentialing and scheduling.
  • Group supervision available on a weekly basis.
  • Individual supervision offered weekly or bi-weekly depending upon your preference and needs.
  • Tons of continuing education opportunities, many with CEUs, available on a regular basis.
  • Employer paid malpractice insurance.
  • And, best of all, a welcoming and inclusive culture to support your growth and development as a professional!

Benefits

FT or PT hours with a competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package including:

  • Medical, vision, dental, life and disability insurance
  • 403(b) with company match
