About the Job
In our Community Based Services program we are seeking a Behavior Specialist to join our team right now!
Primary Duties:
- Develop comprehensive non-aversive behavior support plans for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analysis
- Maintain a weekly utilization of 26 hours
- Manage behavioral data
- Write behavior support plans
- Train staff on positive behavior interventions and supports and provide crisis management
- Provide clinical trainings to staff within our adult services
- The primary duties will require travel between the Concord, Manchester and Seacoast regions regularly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Two (2) years of experience working with adults with developmental and mental health disabilities (particularly with personality disorders)
- A reliable vehicle and automobile insurance
Compensation:
- $50,000 annually + experience and education
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday

Participate in an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks
